It is our policy to ship items within 24-48hrs. On occasion shipping times will be longer but all orders should be out by a maximum of 3-5 business days. If for some reason you order cannot ship within that time frame, we will contact you.
All US orders over $100 will ship for free. All US orders less than $100 will ship for a $5.00 flat rate charge. Orders are sent out via USPS priority mail. For special free shipping offers, shipping methods may vary in order to find the least expensive rate. This means that your items may ship as parcel post or first class mail which can take a little longer than priority mail.
International Customers Please Read
The Dapper Diaper Store loves it's international customers too! However, we won't be in business very long shipping over seas for a mere $5.00. So, to be fair, the $5.00 fee paid at checkout will be applied to the exact shipping charge, and you will be billed the remainder of the shipping fee. Your items WILL NOT ship until we receive payment for the cost of shipping. Every effort will be made to find the least expensive method for shipping your products. If you wish for us to use a specific shipping method, please specify in the comments field at checkout.
If your order is over $100, we will apply your $5.00 fee to the exact shipping charge AND cover an additional $8.00 of your final shipping fee. Why $8.00? We offer free shipping to our US customers for orders over $100 and on average, it costs us $8.00 to ship those items. To be fair to our international customers, we will pay at least that much of your shipping. If there is a balance we will then bill you that amount and your items will ship after we receive payment.
In order to follow policies set forth by our suppliers, We are not able to ship Bumgenius or Thirsties products to areas that have established or online retail stores which sell those products. We may however, ship to US territories, oversea's US military addresses and countries that do not have business that retail these products. The Dapper Diaper Store is a small business run by a WAHM, and we STRONGLY support the decision made by these manufacturers.
